The RESCUE II Project is made possible by a grant from the Capital Regional Community Foundation (CRCF) and intends to provide training and mp3 players to Ingham ISD’s constituent school districts in order for teachers to adapt curriculum materials (tests, worksheets etc.) for students with disabilities. By providing training and mp3 devices to school districts, students with disabilities can utilize the specific technologies to assist them with reading their curriculum instructional materials. In this way, all students will be able to access their school’s curriculum in a way that is unique to their learning style. http://crcfoundation.org/

Each school district will be supplied with a number of Samsung Clip 1 GB MP3 Players, and training on how to use the mp3 players will be provided by the A.T. consultants at Ingham ISD. To get a headstart, the following link is to a video showing how to transfer books (music) to the Samsung mp3 player.
